Massive - so really a lot of snow came down yesterday and again today - 40 cm. All in all, 50 cm in the valley and 150 cm in places (wind drifts) - unfortunately, there is no old snow underneath below 1500 meters. That's why it's always crashing under the slats

The most beautiful powder - it couldn't be better

Risks

For this amount of fresh snow, the avalanche situation is "actually" very relaxed! But only actually - there was a brief window of good weather between the renewed precipitation yesterday - and the next cloud front arrived with plenty of wind. So the snow was transported by the wind above 1700m to the ridges (picture). Nests of drifting snow were deposited in hollows and gullies. In steep terrain, loose snow avalanches are possible with minor disturbances. Therefore, be extremely vigilant above the tree line.

It's been a long time since so much snow in such a short time - Wonderful - POW POW snorkeling with wide slats

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
