Clearly too little for January! Below 1500m practically nothing, from 1500-2400 little and only above that quite ok. Just enough with artificial snow on the slopes.

A little bit of powder in the morning, then at midday with temperatures >>0 almost everywhere.
Risks
Not without danger, both from fresh drift snow accumulations and from wet snow avalanches at midday.
Overall impression
Comfortable day on the slopes of Laax, there seems to be little else to do outside.
