Snow condition

4 von 5 Sterne

There was a lot of snow from the valley down, even in the not-so-clear forest you could only rarely get through to the ground. I'm afraid that the warmth over the next few days will make things worse at lower altitudes.

Snow quality

3 von 5 Sterne

The snow was a little dull/wind-affected, especially around the tree line, so not quite as good as I had hoped. But overall quite good, at least there was a good dusting. Towards the valley in the afternoon you could feel the influence of the sun, depending on the exposure.

Risks

Rather tense, even further down. Towards the summit, a smaller board was probably triggered in the morning and a short slope towards the forest road also slipped on the descent.

Overall impression

3 von 5 Sterne

Fine day in a snow-covered landscape. There was not much going on, even for a classic. Overall, however, we were too flat for a really good descent, but probably appropriate considering the avalanche situation.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
