As "Freerideguide" describes in the Jungfrau region, there are just a few centimetres of snow down to the valley. It's still far too little for the forest, but fine for alpine meadows. Quite alright at the top.

The day before yesterday, fine blowers on an icy surface. Yesterday it snowed beautifully all day until the warmth came in the evening and covered the whole thing with an icy layer. Today again 5cm of powder topping. The whole thing was rather modest to ride. In the back, between the rocks and through the bushes. Not recommended. Hope for snow this week and wait.

Risks

I'd say it's a bit more relaxed than the situation report said. Yesterday there was a lot of wind, but much less fresh snow than forecast.

Well, it just needs a good load of snow to be able to ski properly into the valleys. The base is slowly becoming available, but it's not top notch yet. The warmth came as a bit of a surprise yesterday and the precipitation almost stopped with the warmth, although snow was forecast all night. But don't complain, take what comes...
