Nothing on the south side up to 1800m, reasonably suitable for touring from around 2000m. Snow on the north side down to the valley, from 1800m enough for carefree freeriding next to the pistes.

Unfortunately, a lot of time has passed since the last snowfall and so it looked similar off-piste to on-piste. However, in some exposed spots on the north side, where the snow was still untracked, you could still find great powder snow. South-facing slush or capped.

Risks

Currently quite relaxed, but with the onset of snowfall came the wind. The result for the next few days will be extensive drifting snow! So caution is definitely advised!

Unfortunately, we didn't get much freeriding done during our stay in Tschiertschen, as the conditions simply weren't right at the time. But the potential in this ski area is huge! Despite all this, we didn't get bored: Countless jumps, bumps and "high-speed runs" sweetened our two days here. Conclusion: No face shots, but still fun ;)

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
