Normal for 2 weeks without fresh it. Due to the past inversion it has completely hardened above. Below 2000, low is still great powder.
Risks
You can already tell that the wind has clearly worked. The snow must have gone somewhere. I would be careful in steep north-facing culoirs. South-facing meadow slopes are slowly making their way down into the valley at lower altitudes. Seen many slopes with sliding snow avalanches.
Overall impression
Simply not the best day, especially when the binding breaks right before a nice powder run. You have to be able to cope with that.
