In Praxmar around 50cm. In Sellrain, there is less than in the north of the region, but it is sufficient for most tours without restrictions.

Perfect powder. There was no rain in the night of December 23rd. So there was no cover. The temperature at the touring parking lot was 0 degrees all day.

Risks

The avalanche situation was given as 3 in the LWD and I would confirm this. With sensible tracks on the ascent, I was unable to detect any noticeable weak layers. The tour is therefore currently very safe. At the ski depot, the plateau is blown away by the wind at altitude. The route to the summit is currently unproblematic (stomping track). The descent is over ideal hilly terrain (therefore sufficiently safe).

Overall impression

For me, this is the better alternative to the Lampsenspitze, because it is less frequented and has dream slopes for Zöpfelspuren along its entire length.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
