Not much snow, but just enough... We skied briefly once on the road towards the Bärgundhütte. Unfortunately, it was gritted again...so nothing for new skis. In the forest we also had to carry skis for a short time. We had no contact with the ground above the road. There really isn't much snow, but due to the grassy base and a thin hard layer, we had no contact with the ground.
Snow quality
5-10cm powder on a hard layer. On sunny slopes with a lid, otherwise really good. Nice to ski, but not outstanding. Crampons were very important for the ascent.
Risks
When we entered a gully (over 35 degrees), we triggered a superficial slide. The powder snow has also been transported, there is a bit more in the gullies and hollows.
Overall impression
Nice tour and a really fun descent :-)
