Snow condition
Just as it should be every winter. Every gully and every ridge is skiable on the chain and so far very little has been skied. It's also easy enough for the descent.
Snow quality
Finest powder, unfortunately only 10-20 cm, more in the hollows and gullies. Below is hard snow, crampons are recommended or strap skis to your backpack. (south side)
Risks
Avalanches do not become large, but are easy to trigger. The powder is not connected to the other snow layers. If the snow falls again without a previous warm period, it will probably become critical. Slippery snow mouths are also huge, but they are not really a problem at the moment.
Overall impression
Unfortunately we didn't have any crampons with us, so the morning tour took longer than planned. The powder is good and will stay with us for the next few days. :)
