Heute habe ich noch Pulver gefunden, mit dem vorhergesagten Temperaturanstieg wird man die Tage wohl Firn suchen...

Snow condition
On the north side, the snow conditions below the tree line are good. All variants are skiable and there is virtually no contact with the enemy. I only skied up to the tree line today. We've had around 10 cm of fresh snow since the beginning of last week.
Snow quality
In sheltered north-facing areas, nice powder snow. There was also some surface frost in places, which rustled nicely. No contact with a harder base. I can't say anything about the other expos as I wasn't out and about there. Occasionally I came across old, small loose snow slides. However, these didn't spoil the downhill fun at all.
Risks
Everything was very relaxed for me today. On the ascent, however, I traversed some wet snow descents that came off steep gullies. These slopes were probably created during the rain phase over a week ago. Some of the amounts were not at all small. On the sunny side, I was able to recognize sliding snow chutes. Drift snow was not a problem for me today.
Overall impression
No people on my tour and still good snow. A great way to end the WE. Outlook: Firn or powder? In February, I don't really want to think about firn yet.
