The snow conditions are good. You can get to the parking lot without any problems in the entire area. There is also plenty of snow in the forest, so you don't have to worry here.

Snow quality

The snow quality is very changeable. At the bottom, there are a few centimetres of fresh snow on a hard surface, which doesn't necessarily make it pleasant to ski. At the top of the cirque, unless you catch old tracks, there is up to 15 cm of powder in places, which is easy to ski. All in all, it's fine if you start without expectations.

Risks

There were no fresh avalanches to be observed. However, the wind is blowing very strongly, so you have to watch out for drift snow, especially near the crest.

Overall impression

2 von 5 Sterne

Short, relaxed round with reasonable snow. Unfortunately, that's all it was. However, the base is good, so with the fresh snow next week a few nice lines could go well.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!

Thank you for your contribution to the PowderGuide project!
