Average. (?) Starting out at approx. 1900m possible without any problems, closed snow cover. Enough snow at the top.
Snow quality
Very changeable. From powder (on the north side up to approx. 2600m) to light, opaque snow to wet snow, but no rotten snow even in the afternoon.
Risks
Warning level 1 (or 2 in the high mountains). I would confirm that. In some cases, we skied steep terrain without being able to see any slopes. I would still be cautious, as the snow quality changes very quickly and unpredictably - also depending on the exposure. The greatest danger certainly comes from wet snow. Wet snow slides from steep rocky terrain. At the bottom, from approx. 2200m, you have to be a little careful in the steeper terrain to avoid being overtaken by boulders. Accumulations of drift snow can be seen on the north side in the terrain close to the ridge. At around 2700m, the remains of a larger dry snow slab from the last few days and a smaller slide were clearly visible on the west side.
