Snow condition
There are already a few holes on the road to the Prienerhütte. But not a problem yet. But in a week's time you won't have to unbuckle your skis when there's no fresh snow. The shortcut from Huben is no longer possible on the descent. There are also some pebbles in the snow on the last few meters to the large parking lot in Sachrang. Slowly larger holes on the sunny side. Flat no longer works well. I went down but it was a mountain pine fight. The mountain pines on the Geigelstein at the top of the summit hollow are surprisingly well covered in snow. We need snow here otherwise in 2 weeks it will be mostly snow in the shaft. 1-2 stars. No rock contact, so another 2.
Snow quality
Powder can no longer be found here. Not even extremely shady anymore. Has a cap everywhere. I skied good firn instead. It was nice too. Better keep an eye out for it, it's worth it. On the sunny side it was good, otherwise pretty bad.
Risks
Low risk. It will be difficult to trigger anything here. However, attention must be paid to heating.
Overall impression
I went to see how things are going. I'll be back here on Saturday. I'm not used to the warm temperatures on the way up The toboggan run is always perfectly groomed, but that's why the snow cover on the road is quite thin. That could soon become a problem here. Unfortunately no photos, the camera was being adjusted and my phone wasn't in the mood.
