1cm of sleet has arrived here from the Eastern Alps alert, amazing how sharp the boundary is. Just one group further east (Leogang) dark snow clouds, to the west almost clear in places. we were right in between. from the valley to the tree line there are icy meadows and pitiful remnants of snow, with the best will in the world no base.

Short training tour to get back into the swing of things, the descent on ice is more strenuous this early in the season than the ascent. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PGbKUNKVqCkWer is also desperately looking for snow-covered ski areas suitable for touring and may find something in this booklet:http://www.pressebuero-stremel.de/uploads/media/ALPIN201501_Booklet_Pistengehen.pdf..hat helped us a lot, especially because many mountain railroads react quite stroppy on the phone.

Conclusion: Category 'Outside is better than a fitness booth'

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
