Overall impression
Snow condition
It still looks good. In some places you can see that the last few days have left their mark. Overall, however, it still looks very good. You can see that the base has grown sufficiently in the last few weeks to withstand even a fairly warm storm, and the snowmounds, some of which were up to 3m deep and more, were impressive.
Snow quality
Blank ice, hard snow and lots of traces of rain up to 2000m. It wasn't until the afternoon that the south-facing slopes slowly softened and spring conditions set in. Towards the end of the week, the conditions for firn could be quite good. It was still fun, even if it wasn't powder.
Risks
Hard to say. Everything is actually blown off and covered with ice caps. I wouldn't see the avalanche risk as the greatest risk today, but rather the icing that has made a large part of the descents impassable.
Overall impression
It felt like millions of people were on the move. A 25-minute journey before Christmas turned into almost 1:30 this morning. I don't like queuing at the lift anyway. All in all, not the yellow of the egg.
