Snow condition
Snow is still decreasing rapidly, even if it wasn't as heavy this week as it was last week, but the situation on the Radstädter Tauern is still ok at the moment, with the right choice of tour and tracks you can still set off almost directly from the car and only have to unbuckle occasionally. However, this will only last until the weekend, the carrying routes will now quickly increase and the continuous snow cover will probably soon be history.
Snow quality
Once again quite nice firn or mostly already summer snow with pronounced suncups, but still quite decent.
Risks
I would now describe it as relaxed. There are still some cornices to watch out for, but even here some of them are already broken or have thawed considerably.
Overall impression
Nice, the snow is getting scarce.
