Not much has changed. From a purely visual point of view, the high areas look a bit better than before the last storm, but I'm not entirely sure. Otherwise, similar to the weekend. You can only get into the valley on very good surfaces or slopes. It's difficult to say exactly how much fresh snow has fallen. Maybe 10-15cm in calmer areas.

Just under 3*, but as I said, you have to look hard. On the one hand, there was already a lot of track from yesterday, on the other hand the wind and rain had really raged. Sometimes there were real slabs of ice and the old tracks were often really hard. The snow conditions change frequently in all expos and you have to be very focused on your skis. But then I found 2.3 (short) corners where almost all the snow was good.

Risks

Relatively stable in the middle areas where I played around. There was a lot of snow here too, but the snow conditions often change on a small scale, with quite compact snow layers in places. In the higher elevations (>2400m), there was a three-snow shower today and it was still blowing quite heavily from the N-W.

At first I thought today was going to be a washout: flat light in the morning, very changeable snow conditions with lots of ice and a lot of yesterday's tracks (I had hoped that not all the lifts were open yesterday).
But then the sun came out, the visibility improved and I found a few corners that nobody had skied yet and that had really good snow. That made up for it. However, today's tour might have been the better choice.
Fr and Sat tomorrow will probably still be quite usable, if you can find something windless and untracked, then it will unfortunately be tropical again.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
