Snow condition
The snow conditions are really great here too. There is enough snow to ski off-piste down to the valley, even through the forest. At the top, the snow even hangs in the steep flanks and forms spines. So everything is actually skiable.
Snow quality
Cold powder without wind influence so really top. In hollows 30cm on the back you can sometimes get through to the hard layer.
Risks
Fresh snow is poorly combined with the old snow. It is therefore quite tense outside the off-piste terrain and in steep areas. But often the layer of fresh snow is not strong enough to form a snow slab. In these places there are only small loose snow slides.
Overall impression
Top day almost the only freeriders in the area except for the film crew around Fabi Lentsch and Sam Smoothy.
