Ein nasser Tag in Lech
Snow condition

Overall impression
Snow condition
After yesterday's snowfall, which unfortunately turned into rain up to around 2400m, it's a little better but still very dry. There are a handful of pistes to ski in Lech. Off-piste you have to reckon with stone contact.
Snow quality
There was about 10-15 cm of very wet fresh snow. On the prepared slope, it has good grip and is much better than the artificial snow before. Off-piste, it is extremely sluggish and just barely rideable.
Risks
The avalanche risk remains low due to the low snow depth. However, it is conceivable that the wet snow could slide down steeper slopes. But I haven't seen any signs of this.
Overall impression
I enjoyed skiing on the soft, damp snow. However, it got very wet at lunchtime and the slopes were pretty rutted.
