Exposition
Snow condition
30cm new in the valley (700m), 50cm+ at the top. Slowly you can start thinking about forest runs. If you skip the first ridge and take the one behind it, you have a good base with thick powder. Hence 4 stars. In the corners previously exposed to strong winds, it's more like 3. On my tour, you still had to watch out for deep alpine paths and steep cow terraces. But very good for early December.
Snow quality
It's still easier but it creates a good dusting of unbound snow.
Risks
Wind intensity: No Wind (0 km/h)
Fresh snow has fallen without wind, but often on drifting snow above the tree line. Could hear a blast from the direction of Hinterstein. Some wind came up from midday. Absolutely safe on my tour, the slopes were already being plowed up during the snowfall. But I was early enough ;-)
Overall impression
It was fun!
