Relaxed ski tour to Mont Noble from Vernamiège. Good conditions, cold, fresh powder snow, pressed or packed on the west side from 2200m.

Great day today. I was on snowshoes for a change, but would definitely have been fine on skis. With the coming snow / ice rain, the avalanche danger will certainly increase again.

So far, the heavy snowfalls have avoided the eastern edge of the Alps. Ski tours are only possible with great caution and with good knowledge of the terrain. In the forest area only possible on forest roads.

The wind has blown quite a lot of snow. Despite earlier snowfalls, many standard variants can only be skied with a great deal of commitment and the risk of stone contact.

Top powder with some fresh snow on the north-facing slopes, elsewhere there is also some hard snow.

Beautiful day of touring on the Arlberg with good views, great weather and very fine snow. Of course there could be a bit more snow, but you should be happy with what's there at the moment. In any case, it's worth walking a little further to be able to ski untracked slopes.

A quick round before breakfast. Wonderfully white and wonderful weather. Even with wide skis you can get through the old snow cover.

Nice early morning tour through the closed ski area in Münstertal. Above 900 meters there is something going on again in the Black Forest. Unfortunately, the exciting runs around the Belchen are not yet possible.

Very good on the eastern slopes and in the hollows above 2000m. Below that you can still feel the old snow cover

Until the first turn, it looked like it was going to be a used day today. Not much fresh snow and lots of tracks that the fresh snow couldn't cover. Fortunately, we still found lines where everything worked. That's why we got the 4th star today.

Nice day with finally enough fresh POW. Tour went down over former slope, then terrain and went well today.

Good touring day with unexpectedly good weather on the Arlberg. Skied up 3 times for the same run and was rewarded with beautiful terrain in the forest. Today definitely cheaper and more rewarding than freeriding with a lift, but of course that's always a matter of opinion!

Overall great conditions. Now, after warming up, a short dip. Once the drift snow has settled, there's a good chance of something.

And the pipe is clear for freeride spectacles at higher speeds in real snow. One or two skis have already been found and there will certainly be a PTEX party as the suspension still reacts a little sluggishly and the sport mode is still being adjusted.

Nice day in the off-piste terrain. Snow cover is very thin. Lots of terrain traps and stones. Unfortunately, you can only ski very carefully.

The original plan was actually just to find some ice. This gave us a good insight into the snow cover in the region, which is still in need of improvement. In my opinion, stone skis are still recommended for most activities around the Hochgrat. Even after tomorrow's snowfall, the odd pebble or two cannot be avoided. If you have good local knowledge and know where there was enough snow before, you might be able to get down safely with premium goods.

When shi* fies sien you're better be ready. With that in mind, I just had a look today to see what was underneath. It's snowing now! Very windy though.

Despite the limited snow conditions, we still found good, untracked snow. Snow is urgently needed and the avalanche situation remains exciting.

Very nice, soft snow. The snow conditions are acceptable, at least at medium altitudes. Let's see how it turns out with the fresh snow.
