Snow condition
Even better snow conditions than in Puyvalador. At the start about 0.5 m, at 2000 m then more like 1-2 m. At 2400 m 2-3 m. Above that or on the ridges and summits, as usual here, very heavy blowing. The rain and warm temperatures have only left really bad traces below 1500 m, above that a clearly above-average basis for everything that is still to come.
Snow quality
Tour from Les Angles to the Petit Peric. Almost everything except Powderit. Hard frozen, slightly slushy, firn, wet snow. Everything was there. Slush and firn very good to ski!
Risks
Wind intensity: Low (< 20 km/h)
Danger of wet snow avalanches on steep south-facing slopes. Danger of falling on the north side because very icy and slippery.
Avalanche activity
Wet snow avalanche (large)
Altitude: 2400 m
Overall impression
Thanks to the early summer temperatures and the really good snow conditions, it was a dream day with excellent snow conditions on Pic Peric. It can go on like this:)
