Another 15cm on top help with base building. Nevertheless, there is still a lot missing. Open streams, very undulating terrain, almost bare forest, completely blown off summit areas... It's best here too in gullies and hollows where you can hardly get through to the hard old snow cover.
Snow quality
Very changeable today with strong winds. The best spots are filled gullies and hollows and lower forest aisles. Some of them are quite dusty, but overall much more variable than 2 days ago.

Wind intensity: High (40 – 60 km/h)
In some cases, significant drift snow packs in winds above the transport strength. Usually easy to handle below 2000m (mainly due to small-scale nature), above this level, proceed with caution. Otherwise greater danger from old avalanche boulders, roots etc. or uneven terrain.
Overall impression
Successful day with a spontaneous ski tour after traffic chaos in the morning, much better visibility and lots of fresh turns in the area even after 13:00. it will be!
