Altitude

700 - 1700m

Avalanche warning level

moderate (2)

Exposition

North North-Eas

Snow condition

3 von 5 Sterne
10 cm fresh snow
Descent through forest
Blown backs
Covered shoes

good compact base up to approx. 800 m, then from 1000 still good compact base. 5-10 cm fluffy sleet there, rising towards the top, in some pockets also 20 cm and more of fine pow, on a homogeneous base, very good for shooting.

Snow quality

4 von 5 Sterne
Hard, pressed snow
Powder snow
Wind drifted snow

a large part of the fresh snow is quick to ride sleet, the rest is the most beautiful six-jet flakes. in the wind-calmed over 1400 in places unbound and really extremely easy to atomize. further down then as a groovy layer on the supporting harsch, powder slope feeling.

Wind drifted snow

North-Eas East

Intensity: no wind

Altitude: 1400 m – 1700 m

Risks

Cracking (When entering the snow cover)
North North-Eas East South-East South South-West West North-West

Wind intensity: Low (< 20 km/h)

relatively safe below the forest line. near the ridge above also drifting snow packs with cracking around the track, more of a crash issue... occasional gusty wind.

Overall impression

4 von 5 Sterne
Worse

first lines on my favorite north slope, then second and third round, despite the little fresh snow with an incredible amount of sleet, mega descents
