Snow condition
It does look a bit like winter here, especially with the fresh snowfall last night. Areas exposed to the wind have lots of sharks lurking just below the snow surface. Otherwise, there is enough snow in the gullies and hollows to ski well. You can get down to the Kemater Alm quite well, but unfortunately I can't say what it looks like on the way out on the forest path, as we skied back into the area. Towards Schlick, the snow conditions are also sufficient despite the south-facing exposure, with only very sunny areas showing a light cover in places.

Snow quality
Good snow can be found in the south-western limestone hills from Hoadl. In areas protected from the wind, there is unbound soft powder that is easy to ski. Slightly more blown slope sections also allow good turns with plenty of speed.
Wind drifted snow
Intensity: medium
Risks
Wind intensity: High (40 – 60 km/h)
The avalanche report is correct so far and describes the problems caused by the storm, such as drifting snow, well (although the text reads more like a 3 for me). In the terrain, the snowpack is generally stable, in places there are small packets of drift snow (from the last fresh snow) on soft layers, which mostly break without or only with little propagation.
Overall impression
A good day in the Lizum and in the Schlicker Zinnen area. In view of my few touring days so far this year, I'm extremely happy to have caught some fine powder in beautiful terrain. It was quite strenuous (2x descents towards Schlick and 3x towards Kemater Alm with correspondingly many ascents) but overall a good day. With the storm, the conditions should get worse and the snow packs significantly bigger. If you're still looking for powder snow (and now there's probably more to come) you can take a look at the Kemater Alm area.
