If you want soft snow, you get endless depth. Old drift snow fields in the northern sector are just fine.

If it hadn't been such interspersed terrain, I would only be much more worried in wet snow slides. It's pretty heavy stuff.
Overall impression
Phew, shoes still don't fit and the pain is hard to drink away. Flat light and a wheat hangover round off the day. But it's definitely getting better.
