20cm in mid-April in two days on meadow.

Snow quality

At altitude in the central Black Forest, the snow is quite wet and heavy.

No base available, approx. 20cm new at 1000m, probably more above that.

Overall impression

Hey, it's mid-April and it's the first real winter in the Black Forest in 2024. The first lifts have been running again since today, what more could you want if you haven't already finished with the white splendor? Out and about on the Rohrhardsberg.
