Snow condition

Something between one and two stars. It's not really safe anywhere, you can only dare to ride a little on high alpine meadows and pistes. Nothing off-road.

Snow quality

The 10 cm of warm powder would be quite nice, but the hard crust underneath or the other ground is constantly noticeable.

Only a low avalanche risk within this altitude range. At high altitudes, the wind has shifted a lot of snow, but overall the risk of falling and the dangers due to the lack of snow are clearly predominant.

Overall impression

Leider geht bei uns am nordöstlichen Alpenrand noch nicht wirklich was. Ich hätte mir vom gestrigen Neuschnee etwas mehr erhofft, aber die harte Kruste darunter war ständig spürbar. Hoffentlich kommt bald auch mal viel Schnee in den Osten...
