The Ejder 3200 ski resort is located 10 minutes from the East Anatolian capital Erzurum. Yesterday, around 20 cm of fresh snow fell here in places, but the wind blew it away. There was everything from blown-off ridges to powder (drift) snow on a reasonable base. Slope orientation and the terrain structure were decisive in the choice of track. Where there was powder snow, we were the only ones in the ski area who wanted to make use of it and we were able to make some nice turns without feeling the pressure from Tyrol of not being able to find anything nice after two runs. All in all, a very successful day in the ski resort!
