Very sparse. Completely green on the south side almost to the top. White on the shaded side, but below 1600m it's not possible to ski off-piste. Most of the slopes consist of hard artificial snow. It was okay to ski, but definitely not a highlight.

Irrelavant next to the piste, as not enough. Slopes very hard until midday, then getting better.

Risks

Further up you can definitely see blown-in/blown-out areas, but I would say that in the Tannheimer Tal the danger comes more from the lack of snow due to the nature of the ground (little grass, lots of rock).

It was nice to ski a bit on the slopes, the weather was nice and in contrast to Oberstdorf/Oberjoch there were hardly any people out and about.
But unfortunately not really worthwhile from a skiing point of view due to the lack of snow.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
