Schwärz- und Brendklar bei meist gutem Pulver
Snow condition
Snow quality
Overall impression
Snow condition
Still good enough. South-facing sides, on the other hand, are currently petering out very quickly
Snow quality
On the top north side partly very good, partly good. Approx. 15-20cm of fresh snow. Partly wind-affected, but if then mostly consistent on one slope. Good skiing with a bit of momentum and technique. Below 1900 to approx. 1700 meters not so good to ski at first. Then, interestingly, below that, it's more consistent and better again, but too wet from around 1500 meters. All exposures except the north already had a cap or got wet today and will have one tomorrow. (Except, of course, the upper part of the Brendlkar due to the protective rock faces behind it).
Risks
Avalanche situationDespite really strong winds all the time, I didn't see any really large accumulations of shoots. On slopes below the Sebensee there were superficial break propagations. It was better at the top. Some steeper stuff was done, it's quite local and was also clearly visible today.
Overall impression
Very nice round, great weather and mostly good snow - scratches the four stars!
The avalanche situation will certainly get worse now due to the fresh snow, but hopefully the winter will last longer :-)
