Description
If, after risk'n'fun LEVEL 2, you feel that you need more in-depth information on tour planning, for example, or want to eliminate uncertainties about kick-turns, then LEVEL 3 is the right course for you. This Backcountry Pro is aimed at all snowboarders and skiers who are ready for the next step and want to invest some more time in deepening their knowledge. The terrain around the Weidener HĂĽtte offers ideal conditions for this. Experienced mountain guide Eva Schider will be there.
Contents
The Backcountry Pro takes place away from the hustle and bustle of the winter sports resorts and is designed purely as a touring week. The tours are planned and realised by the participants and accompanied by the risk'n'fun team. In-depth information on avalanche awareness, correct track setting and meteorology is added to the content, while the topic of leading and guiding runs through the days on the mountain and the evening sessions in theory and practice. All of this is packed into the work forms: Practical exercises in the terrain, small group work, plenary sessions, reflection and feedback.
