Course content

• Read and understand the avalanche bulletin

• Use equipment correctly

• Skiing technique

• Theory evening

• Avalanches 3x3

• Tour planning

• Correct line selection

Requirements and necessary equipment

• Safe deep snow skiing on slopes up to 30 degrees

• Ladies only!

• Touring equipment (splitboard*, touring skis* or snowshoes*)

• Your own avalanche transceiver, probe and shovel*

• Helmet (mandatory)

• Thanks to our partners GislerSport Bananas, Burton and Atomic, you can test equipment free of charge. If you are interested, please indicate this when you register.

Costs

• CHF 441

• The price includes an overnight stay in a shared room incl. dinner / breakfast and picnic for Sunday, free rental equipment, 2 days of guiding & evening programme

• If you would like to arrive on Friday, you can optionally book an overnight stay.

• The course is held for a minimum of 10 participants, the number of places is limited to 16.
