Freeriding and ski touring are in vogue, but they also present special challenges. Sport Conrad's Junior Snow Safety Camps offer young people between the ages of 10 and 15 the opportunity to acquire basic knowledge of avalanche awareness, handling safety equipment and orientation in the terrain. Take part in the competition now and secure one of the exclusive places!

Description

The Junior Snow Safety Camp, organised by Sport Conrad, offers young skiers the opportunity to learn basic techniques for safe freeriding. Under the guidance of experienced mountain and ski guides, participants learn how to correctly assess alpine dangers, use avalanche safety equipment (avalanche transceivers) and make informed decisions when choosing a descent. Topics such as avalanche awareness, orientation and slope assessment in alpine terrain are taught in practical workshops.

The Junior Snow Safety Camps are not commercial events - which is why the 8 available places can only be won via the competition. Our guides are passionate about passing on their knowledge and years of experience to the next generation. Let your child be part of it and let us open a new chapter of responsible skiing and freeriding.
