As soon as the first snow falls in the Alps in the fall, it is customary in the telemark scene to order the latest Powderwhore film. Two years ago, the makers of Powderwhore decided to expand their portfolio to include ski touring and snowboarding rather than just telemarking. With "Choose Your Adventure", they have created a film that is well worth seeing, showing a wide variety of characters and their skiing skills. .In 14 chapters, the film shows the different world of powder whores: A pitted telemark skier trying to make his first turns on skis again due to a broken back. From ski touring north of the Arctic Circle in deserted Russian villages to big mountain action in British Columbia with Hugo Harrison and co. The chapter on the eccentric Mr. Robert Athey is a real treat. He has managed to get away from hard drugs and now only drinks alcohol. Instead, he has a new hobby and now provides important information on the avalanche situation in the Wasatch Mountains. In another chapter, Jake Sakson shows his skills, how he shook up the Freeskiing World Tour on telemark skis last year and how he wants to continue to do so in the coming years. Powder runs in North America and a ski trip to Argentina round off the film.

Anyone who wants to see a varied film that shows all facets of powder skiing in a simple and likeable way will be satisfied with "Choose Your Adventure". Entertaining episodes, which don't always harmonize together, show the world of skiing away from the slopes and the hustle and bustle.
