What snow fan and gliding wood enthusiast hasn't asked themselves what should happen to all these precious pieces and how they can be put to good use for posterity?
I personally still own some of the skis known as "Pommes". From time to time, I even bring one or two relics from past skiing hero days back to their origin and their actual field of use. But to be honest, I simply don't need a complete collection from Völkl
Leopard, Gepard and Renntiger, not to mention other brands and treasures. Even when I look at the well-preserved Rossignol giant slalom ski from a good 15 years ago, which is over two meters long, I can still see great times ahead for the two of us....Not to be forgotten are the current wear and tear woods, which are certainly still needed for something particularly important. In short, I simply cannot and do not want to part with all these good pieces, we have experienced and "learned" too much together.
There are even specialists (e.g. http://skimoebel.at/, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_r7OpE8hwPo) who take care of those who would like to use their good pieces but cannot do so themselves in terms of craftsmanship or time. I have a few of the older semesters hanging on the front of the hut, a pair of skis with a Mozart topsheet and its history on the base are at the entrance, the "light skis" take over when light is needed and there's a drinking ski for the thirsty in convivial company. So you see, don't throw anything away, there is always an area of application. To inspire you a little, I have attached a stimulating picture gallery.

With this in mind, good wood:-)
