The presentation on a system for mechanical avalanche triggering that was originally planned for today has been canceled at short notice. Peter Plattner and Walter Würtl are stepping in. The two are mountain guides, experts, appraisers and much more and talk in the Semmelnar about the coming winter, preparations for the season, the current snow situation and how things might continue.

In addition to their work for LO.LA (www.lo-la.info), Walter Würtl and Peter Plattner are united by the fact that they have been trying to carry out "alpine accident prevention work" in a wide variety of ways and through a wide variety of channels for around 30 years now - ever since they became mountain and ski guides. Even though their efforts have unfortunately not been a resounding success so far, they will nevertheless be discussing the most important basics and the best strategies for unforgettable days in powder and broken snow in their talk, and a lively exchange with the ÖGSL community is expected.
