There are already quite a few ConditionsReporters, but with you there could be easily one more! We always welcome new members, especially from the currently less well covered Western and Southern Alps, but of course also from other areas in the Alps or Scandinavia, the Balkans and the Pyrenees. Anyone who feels called to contribute to the PG ConditionsReports should bring the following with them:
Sufficient freeride and snow experience for writing reports (terms such as "wind sign" or "exposure" should not be foreign to you - ideally you have attended a training course on avalanches or risk management off-piste).
10-20 minutes of your time to write a short report with some meaningful photos whenever you have been freeriding or on tour.
