The PowderGuide weather map season ends with a highlight. The 2022/23 Nesuchnee forecast maps have rarely been as colorful as the last alarm and the snow depth has also increased quite a bit. Nevertheless, we have to stop the weather service as the PowderGuide season is slowly coming to an end. They say you should stop when it's at its best!
We would like to thank Geosphere Austria (formerly ZAMG) once again this year for the weather data, even if we would have liked to have more colorful maps like the one we have now at the end! Maybe they can work on it for next winter...
As soon as things get interesting in terms of snow in the fall, we'll of course be back to our usual PowderGuide business. Until then, we wish you lots of fun in the snow, even without the PG weather maps. We recommend: Enjoy the late powder as long as you can and then move on seamlessly to firn tours before summer and the MTB, climbing or sunbathing season really begins.
