Participant report: risk'n'fun training session in Sölden
12/22/2016 • Melanie HerrmannOn Sunday in the week before the camp in Sölden, I receive an email from Dani from risk'n'fun asking if I am spontaneous? The winner of today's competition had had to cancel at short notice and I was in second place. Oops - that's really spontaneous, but of course I'm in. I frantically start to gather my ski equipment. The winter season hasn't really started yet and I'm still sitting on my bike more than I know where my gloves, ski helmet and goggles are. And do the skis still need waxing? -

The conditions couldn't have been better: Glorious sunshine, north-facing powder runs and casual firn, hikes and tours, barbecues in deckchairs... In the evening, Lea from the PowderGuide editorial team provided input on weather issues and there were great beats in the Riverhouse. -

Level 4 from Risk'n'Fun | Alpine Professionals
04/14/2015 • Stefan SiegelExactly three years ago, I ended my ski season in Fieberbrunn: a few last turns including the obligatory sunburn. However, the friendly lady at the tourist office drew my attention to the chill-out weekend organized by Risk'n'Fun. The crowning final event of an association which, as part of the Austrian Alpine Association (OEAV), undoubtedly does exceptional work in terms of avalanche awareness and training young freeriders. -

risk'n'fun Chillout | Report
04/01/2014 • Adrian SauterI feel a little strange as I load my powder skis into the car in bright sunshine, blue skies and almost 20 degrees in the shade. But I'm happy to leave pre-summer Stuttgart behind me and make my way to Fieberbrunn for the Risk'n'Fun Chillout, the last stop on my three-stage freeride training course. As soon as I arrive, I'm already looking forward to seeing the familiar faces from the previous camps this winter. -

risk'n'fun | Next Level & Chillout: Report
03/25/2013 • Sina Wittmann
Will all my hours of training in the gym, in the forest and on the meadow since the beginning of January pay off? With these thoughts and a good dose of respect but also a lot of anticipation for the coming week, I get into the car with Thomas, who, like me, was a participant in the risk'n'fun training session in Sölden. In a good mood, we make our way to the Klostertal valley to the Sonnenkopf on the Arlberg, where we continue with Level 2, the next level. -
