Snow condition
The snow conditions on open slopes are very good to excellent. In the denser forest below 1200, it gets tight to make it without contact. The exposure from north to east was great. The fresh snow from yesterday to today (about 15cm) made it a pleasure. Under the fresh snow there is a load-bearing cover which is very cool to ride.
Snow quality
The quality of the fresh snow was very good. It was very fluffy in the right places. Of course, there were also blown-off spots due to the strong north-easterly wind. But these were limited. The good areas were recognizable from afar.
Risks
As we were in the forest and stayed below the tree line, we didn't notice anything.
Overall impression
Went there with zero expectations and yet was rewarded.
