Lots of snow. Above the tree line, however, the wind has raged a lot, ridges and crests are often completely blown away, but it is currently easy to get down into the valley to Eisenerz and will still go for a good time. Even denser forest is easily passable.

Snow quality

Mixed.unfortunately the rather high temperature yesterday has definitely affected the snow and so there is now a hard melting crust below 1000m and even much further up on the south side.further up, partly heavily settled, often wind-influenced but still soft snow, partly wind harsh.today also quite heavy snowfall, but with storm, which has also steadily increased in the course of the morning. You can still find something to ski, but it's not easy.

Risks

Will certainly increase with storms and fresh snow. I didn't see much, but the wind was so strong that it blew everything away, even in the forest.

Overall impression

Somehow another day where I think more should have been possible. Unfortunately, no visibility above the tree line and I didn't get any really good snow below it either...

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
