Very blown out on the north side (ascent). In gullies and hollows, the conditions vary from hard snow to old powder. On the south side, the white splendor soon becomes scarce. On the north-east side (descent), perfect firn with some powder (I couldn't believe it). Depending on the course of the sun, there's firn, slush, powder or meadow. With good tours and good timing, you can still get some really great runs.

Snow quality

As described above, the quality varies greatly depending on the exposure. It was around -5 degrees in the shady ascent gully. On the south-facing ascent after the descent, we climbed up to the next descent in our T-shirts. We were extremely lucky with the time and the exposure. The powder and firn were already very good.

Risks

LWS 2 Large snow mouths on slopes with lots of sunlight. Small spontaneous slide on south.

Better than expected. Borders more on jump skiing but good jump skiing.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
