Snow condition
In general, it looks very thin in the east and on the last east-facing 2000 m peaks in the Alps. But the hollows and gullies are full to the brim due to the storm at the end of the week. On the way there, it's always a pleasure to carry or walk across the spring-like meadows.
Snow quality
Up to 1200m it was perfect yesterday, on Saturday. Today this line rose to 1400m and tomorrow evening (Monday) rain is on the radar. The areas that weren't worked by the sun were surprisingly good today and there were even dusty turns now and then, despite 10 degrees.
Risks
South-facing, a few crossings. We avoided meadow slopes, as it was very warm and the aggregate state of the base liquefied more and more every half hour.
Overall impression
Well, I and others are still hoping for some white this winter.
The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.
Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
