From the valley station in Losenheim up to the Hochschneeberg there is a closed snow cover. Some areas have been blown off by the wind, especially on the Fadensteig. Crampons are definitely recommended for the ascent via the Fadensteig! On the plateau, the snow is covered with a thin layer of ice. There is still enough snow on the south side and it is no problem to return to the car.

Icy and hard! Unfortunately, the strong wind prevented the snow from turning to snow today.
Risks
Absolutely safe. The only thing you should be aware of are the berms at the entrances.

Dreamlike sunshine, only the wind pushed people and equipment to the limit
