Overall impression
Snow condition
Snow conditions quite decent, although not comparable with western Austria. Downhill skiing in open terrain up to 600m without any problems, in the forest up to about 800m. On the south side, it will soon be scarce below 1200m, if it doesn't snow again, and above the tree line it's blown away, whole slopes (especially the NW exposure) are completely blown away.
Snow quality
A bit of everything. Still powdery practically everywhere in the morning, but quickly baked where the sun reached. In addition, relatively little fresh snow (5-10cm depending on the wind), often on crust, but in the shade also partly on settled powder snow, from tomorrow onwards probably much worse, today it was already quite warm.
Risks
There were no very acute danger spots to be seen today, but the wind was everywhere. In addition, relatively large, older cracks show that there are at least some problematic layers deeper in the snowpack.
Overall impression
Ok, no more but also no less.

Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.
Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
