There is really only snow in the "long man", but plenty of it. The gully is certainly still over 20 m wide and can be skied without interruption or rock contact right up to the rockfall. However, the skis have to be carried to the entrance.

Wet and greasy old snow... fun to ride.

There is no danger with the snow conditions.
Overall impression
Super spring tour. Wearing shorts and Nike Free, I set off from Preiner Gscheid via the Waxriegelkamm to the Rinne. 1 1/2 hours later, I was already enjoying a beer at the Schwarza in the Höllental valley.
