It has also conjured up a little snow from the sky in the eastern edge of the Alps. 10-25cm on a 0cm base.

In itself, the snow would be perfect. Unfortunately, there is no base, so the only option is to climb up in natural snow and ski down the piste.
Risks
Where there is nothing, there can be nothing. Very blown off on the plateau and more danger of falling than avalanches.
Overall impression
It's getting nice and slow.
