SchneebergAscent via Fadensteig descent Hausries ascent Hausries descent Hausries + NarrendattelrinneCrampons are recommended for the ascent via the rocky, north-facing Fadensteig. The plateau is passable with skis. The descents are all well filled and offer a great base for the "coming" season.
Snow quality
From wind-pressed snow to powder, once again everything was there - typical Schneeberg.
Risks
The steep, south-west / west-facing gullies are partly filled with drift snow (very recognizable) and should be enjoyed with a pre-layer or avoided altogether. Due to the new snow during the week, the snow thickness has increased.
Overall impression
Beautiful day on the mountain. With a bit of looking, you can still find the tasty bits.
