Snow condition

Despite the Föhn storm a few days ago and the plus temperatures, there is still enough snow (even in the forest) to provide a good basis for the rest of the season. The mountain pines in the summit area are already relatively well snowed in.

Snow quality

1 von 5 Sterne

The weather conditions (foehn storm, warming, night frost) of the past few days have unfortunately had a very negative impact on the snow quality. Slab powder at the top on the north side, but still surprisingly good for a short time in areas protected from the wind (unfortunately only short stretches). Melt crust on the sunny side.

Risks

No current signs. In very steep gullies there are (snow-covered) older descents.

Overall impression

2 von 5 Sterne

Thanks to the sunny and windless (!) weather and despite the modest snow quality, it was a beautiful day of skiing (touring).

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
